We offer a variety of Inspection Services:
A Buyers Complete Home Inspection – This inspection will last several hours onsite and include all systems and all aspects of the house. We follow and exceed the Standards of Practice outlined by the state of North Carolina.
A Pre-Listing Inspection – If you’re considering selling your home, we can help you make sure you are ready. A pre-listing Inspection gives you the opportunity to fix any problems and list your home in the best condition possible. This results in a quicker sale and less problems prior to closing.
General Maintenance Inspections – Not buying or selling, but want to know the condition of your house. Your house is one of your largest and most important investments and requires regular maintenance. We also offer “Partial” inspections where we look at specific areas of concern. A specific crawlspace or attic inspection can help identify problems in those “hidden” areas.
Builders Warranty Inspections – Most newly built homes come with a Builder’s Warranty that covers defects that may arise within your first year of living in your home. We can find defects and provide you with a list of items to share with your builder before your warranty expires.
